THE VIRGIN HOTEL IS COMING TO NOMAD!

The Virgin Hotel in Nomad designed by Mark Zeff Design is the brainchild of the developers, Lam Group, who bought the two commercial buildings that stood on that location in 2011 for 72 million dollars. The hotel that was set to open in 2020 as their flagship was delayed on account of COVID and is now slated to open in the Winter of 2021.  

The thirty-eight floor structure in Nomad will house 463 guest rooms, a resort-like roof top holding The Pool Club, meeting rooms and multiple restaurant and bars including the Commons Club, a fixture in every Virgin Hotel, a membership experience without dues. The hotel is located on the northwest corner of 29^th street on Broadway and will house retail on the first and second floors with the hotel taking the rest of the floors.
