THE CENTURIAN OF NOMAD

In 2014, the Haddad family announced plans to convert 1182 Broadway, a 16-story Beaux-Arts landmarked commercial building into 39 loft-like luxury residential rental units naming it, The Centurian. Built in 1910 and designed by Rouse & Goldstone, the building is just a few doors away from the Ace Hotels.

In 2017, Haddad converted the building into a condominium as a direct result of NoMad’s residential boom. Theone and two-bedroom apartments have 10-foot-tall ceilings, custom moldings, sub-zero refrigerators, Bosch stovetops, in-unit washer and dryer, and radiant heated bathroom floors. The beautiful original copper window frames of the building were restored and meticulously preserved.

The Centurian has a doorman, concierge, a roof deck, bicycle room, and laundry. The building is located close to Madison Square Park, the chic stores, and the trendy restaurants of Nomad.
